Internship Human Resources (Recruitment) , Rotterdam

Within the Human Resources department, located in the Rotterdam office there is an opening for an internship. The HR department is responsible for recruitment, selection, employee benefits, salary administration, health and safety and expatriate procedures.

 

As a Recruitment intern, you will assist in posting job advertisements and keeping the job section on oma.com updated. You will pre-screen incoming applications, schedule job interviews (personal and video conference), and maintain contact with candidates. You will be part of the HR Team and will report directly to the HR Manager.


Requirements:
- Studying HR, Business Studies, Cultural studies or other relevant study at a university
- Pro-active and able to work independently
- Accurate with a hands-on-approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in an international complex environment
- Strong communication skills
- Skilled in MS Office
- Fluent in English

Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend and the internship is for a minimum period of 6 months for at least 4 days a week. Students as well as new graduates are invited to apply.
