OMA New York's One Madison Park
New York, 4 December 2007 – Slazer Enterprises, developer of One Madison Park, announced today a collaboration with Los Angeles-based Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and the Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA) to develop a high-end residential tower, OMA's first new building in New York City. The partnership allies the talent agency and OMA to create the CAA Screening Room, which will be available for residents of the tower and CAA guests.

Construction begins on Shenzhen Stock Exchange
Shenzhen, 22 November 2007 – Officials from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SSE) and local government together with representatives from the Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA) have broken ground for the construction of the new headquarters for China’s equivalent of the NASDAQ.

OMA Receives BNA Kubus Award
Rotterdam, 10 November 2007 – The Royal Institute of Dutch Architects has granted its highest honor, the annual Kubus Award, to the Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA) for its entire oeuvre. OMA receives Cityscape and International Business Awards

OMA designs Torre Bicentenario for Mexico City

Mandarin Oriental to manage hotel in TVCC

Rem Koolhaas elected to American Academy of Arts and Sciences (AAAS)
