Shanghai Expo 2010

With the theme of "Better City, Better Life" the Shanghai Expo 2010 will be China's first World Expo. In the last 15 years, development has transformed Shanghai's centre and exploded in its sister city Pudong. In contrast to dispersed developments in the Pearl River DElta, Shanghai has constructed qa new image for a compact urban centre, a postcard that reads "City of the Future" and "Gateway to China."
